You can look up information about your writer if you know the name of the manufacturer and model number of your writer.

- The .NET Framework 2.0 is required to run Backup Exec System Recovery. If the .NET Framework is not already installed, you will be prompted to install it once Backup Exec System Recovery is installed and your computer is rebooted.
